Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday to Friday schedule with no call requirements
• Must start between 6/15 or 6/29
• 2 years of experience required with travel experience strongly preferred
• CT and diagnostic X-ray experience preferred, will consider candidates with just X-ray experience if they have strong work history and travel background
• Required certifications: TMB, ARRT (R), and BLS
• ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Work with patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform various imaging procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis with and without contrast
• Handle emergency department and ICU cases
• Work with specialized equipment including Philips CT 128 + 256 slice scanners, Fuji Diagnostic X-ray, and Shimadzu Diagnostic Portables
• Responsibilities include preparation and administration of contrast media, radiation safety, and starting peripheral IVs
• Must complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
• License must be in-hand before start date
• Orientation includes 2-3 hours of modules completed during first 16 hours
