Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years EP lab experience required; Cath, IR and EP experience preferred
• 36 guaranteed hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 hours for 8/10 shifts
• On-call responsibilities required
• Float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition) within 20 miles
• Required certifications: AHA or Red Cross ACLS and BLS; RCVT preferred, RCIS also preferred
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• White scrubs required
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Free parking available in unrestricted spaces
• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
• Time-sensitive modules must be prioritized upon assignment confirmation
• Non-billable modules average 6-15 hours, completed pre-start and annually
• Skills include: EP lab procedures, dysrhythmia interpretation, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, AICD insertion/programming, pacemaker insertion, tilt table studies, arrhythmia recognition, room circulation, sterile field maintenance
• All RTO must be included at time of submission
• 18 months experience required, 2 years preferred
• Facility has strict DO NOT call policy
