RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Float position supporting ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab units
• Will float to Med Surg, Tele, Surg/Ortho, and/or PCU units
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Must have stepdown experience; critical care experience preferred
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing required
• BSN preferred from accredited school of nursing
• Provide direct patient care and leadership within nursing team
• Utilize nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote evidence-based care
• Position designated as safety sensitive under Arkansas Act 593
• Must complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Hard document due date 3 business days prior to start date
