Opportunity:
Cardiovascular Technologist - Cardiovascular Technologist I
Job Details:
• Work four 10-hour shifts per week
• Entry-level position working under immediate to general supervision with mentor/preceptor guidance
• Provide specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services to adult and/or pediatric patients
• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician-ordered procedures
• Utilize highly specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment for diagnostic, interventional, and surgical procedures
• Perform post-procedure reviews to ensure completion and documentation of all required elements
• Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
• Conduct operator-level quality control checks, cleaning, and equipment maintenance
• Work in various care settings including acute inpatient facilities, outpatient practices, and diagnostic centers
• Associate's degree or higher required from CAAHEP accredited cardiovascular program, JRCERT accredited radiologic technology program, or Paramedic training completion
• AHA BLS certification required
• Must meet ARRT Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) eligibility requirements within 12 months of hire OR complete Paramedic training within 12 months
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and cardiovascular/radiologic technologies required
• Ability to work independently, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential information
• Must demonstrate professional communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
