Opportunity:
Cardiovascular Technologist - Cardiovascular Technologist II
Job Details:
• Provide specialized cardiovascular technology services for adult and pediatric patients
• Call required with evening and weekend rotation
• Work with highly specialized imaging equipment including Phillips systems with new Siemens equipment being added
• Perform diverse range of diagnostic, interventional and surgical procedures including STEMI, Shock, VAD, ECMO, and Structural Heart procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician orders
• Conduct post-procedure reviews to ensure completion and quality standards
• Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
• Perform quality control checks, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment
• Work with Epic documentation system and Xper hemosystem
• Mentor and provide instruction to less experienced team members
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
• Must have 2 recent years of experience in Cath lab
• Travel experience and Level 1 experience required
• Associate's degree or higher required
• Must be graduate of CAAHEP accredited cardiovascular program, JRCERT accredited radiologic technology program, or completion of Paramedic training program
• Required certifications: AHA BLS and ARRT Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) or Paramedic training completion
• ARRT R will be considered
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and handle stressful situations

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
