Opportunity:

RN - ED

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 8-week contract assignment
• Local travelers preferred
• Minimum one year of nursing experience required
• Epic experience required
• Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from accredited school required
• BSN or MSN preferred
• North Carolina RN license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA or ARC)
• Free parking provided
• Provide competent clinical nursing care in emergency department setting
• Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing nursing process
• Perform bedside point of care testing as required
• Assess patient physical, psychosocial, educational and safety needs
• Participate in interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Organize and prioritize care for patients with complex problems
• Utilize healthcare organization standards, policies and procedures
• Participate in education programs and professional development activities
