Opportunity:
Radiographer II - Radiographer II
Job Details:
• Work weekend and Monday day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• On-call responsibility required once per month
• Must have Level 1 trauma experience
• Perform advanced level professional work in exposing and processing radiographic images and fluoroscopy examinations
• Operate standard and portable radiology equipment for various examinations including intravenous pyelography, cystography, and gastro-intestinal series
• Circulate to other diagnostic radiology areas including surgery, trauma, and pediatrics as assigned
• Assist physicians with specialized imaging procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and film output problems
• Serve as resource and preceptor for other radiographers and students
• Maintain records, inventory, and equipment for assigned area
• May participate in training programs for CT, MRI, or Special Procedures
• Graduate of CAAHEP or JRCERT accredited educational program required
• ARDMS, ARRT and/or CCI credentials in required specialty must be current
• AHA BLS certification required
• One year full-time experience as certified radiologic technology professional preferred
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Must demonstrate knowledge of diagnostic radiography techniques and equipment operation
• Strong computer skills and interpersonal communication abilities required

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
