Opportunity:
Interventional Technologist I - IR Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour shifts with rotating day off per week
• On-call responsibilities as needed
• Entry-level position working under immediate to general supervision of mentor/preceptor
• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician orders
• Utilize specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment for diagnostic, interventional, and surgical procedures
• Perform post-procedure reviews and ensure all elements are completed and documented
• Transfer images and data to archival systems and enter technical data/findings
• Conduct operator-level quality control checks, cleaning, and high-level disinfecting of equipment
• Provide care to adult and/or pediatric patient populations
• Work in variety of care settings including acute inpatient facilities, outpatient practices, and diagnostic centers
• Associate's degree or higher required
• Must hold one of the following certifications: ARRT Vascular Interventional Radiography, ARRT Cardiac Interventional Radiography, ARRT Radiography, or CCI Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
• BLS certification required
• Must demonstrate ability to work as part of team, maintain accurate records, and exercise sound judgment
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and work with minimum supervision required

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
