Opportunity:
Interventional Technologist I - IR Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour shifts schedule
• Entry-level position working under immediate to general supervision and direction of a mentor/preceptor
• Deliver specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services to adult and/or pediatric patient populations
• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with procedures ordered by physicians
• Utilize highly specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment and techniques to perform diagnostic, interventional and/or surgical procedures
• Conduct post-procedure reviews to confirm all required elements are completed and documented
• Transfer images and data to appropriate archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
• Perform operator-level quality control checks, cleaning, high-level disinfecting and equipment maintenance
• Associate's degree or higher required
• Must have one of three required certifications: ARRT - Vascular Interventional Radiography, ARRT - Cardiac Interventional Radiography, ARRT Radiography, or CCI - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Manager will consider candidates with no travel and no trauma experience
• Must demonstrate ability to work as part of a team, maintain accurate records, and exercise sound judgment
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm in stressful situations required
• Core knowledge of normal and abnormal anatomy and physiology required

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
