Opportunity:
Cardiovascular Technologist - Cardiovascular Technologist I
Job Details:
• Entry-level position working under immediate to general supervision and direction of a mentor/preceptor
• Call required with evening and weekend rotation
• Travel experience and Level 1 experience required
• Must have 2 recent years of experience in catheterization lab
• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician orders
• Utilize specialized cardiovascular equipment and techniques for diagnostic, interventional, and surgical procedures
• Work with Phillips equipment and new Siemens imaging equipment
• Document in Epic system and use Xper hemosystem
• Perform STEMI, Shock, VAD, ECMO, and Structural Heart procedures
• Conduct post-procedure reviews and confirm all required elements are completed
• Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
• Perform quality control checks, cleaning, and maintenance per manufacturer guidelines
• Associate's degree required from CAAHEP accredited cardiovascular program, JRCERT accredited radiologic technology program, or completion of Paramedic training
• Required certifications: AHA BLS and must meet ARRT Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) requirements within 12 months of hire
• Must demonstrate ability to work in team environment and handle stressful situations
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and maintain accurate records

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
