Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment in Level 2 NICU setting
• Minimum 2 years of Level 2 NICU experience required - no new graduates accepted
• Hospital experience required
• Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care
• Utilize nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Delegate, supervise, and document patient care and family teaching
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to healthcare team
• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals
• Interview required (Teams interview preferred)
• Required certifications: Current Michigan nursing license, BLS
• Must be graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary for effective nursing care plans
• Ability to perform wide variety of professional nursing services
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel required
