Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Work in Level 2 NICU setting
• 13-week contract assignment
• Interview required (Teams interview preference)
• Must have minimum 2 years of Level 2 NICU experience - no new graduates accepted
• Hospital experience required
• Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care
• Utilize nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Delegate, supervise and document patient care and family teaching
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to healthcare team
• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals
• Perform wide variety of professional nursing services
• Required certifications: BLS, current Michigan nursing license
• Must be graduate from accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities required for effective nursing care plans
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel required
