Opportunity:
MRI Tech - MRI Technologist I
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Additional backup call responsibilities a few days per month
• Provide specialized radiologic technology services to adult and pediatric patient populations
• Prepare patients for MRI procedures and correlate clinical history with physician orders
• Operate highly specialized radiologic equipment and perform diagnostic procedures
• Transfer images and data to archival systems and enter technical data for physician reporting
• Perform quality control checks, equipment cleaning, and maintenance per manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Conduct post-procedure reviews to ensure completion and technical quality standards
• Must be graduate of CAAHEP accredited cardiovascular program OR JRCERT accredited radiologic technology program
• Must meet MRI Certification eligibility requirements (must be achieved within 12 months of hire)
• AHA BLS certification required
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and maintain attention to detail
• Must demonstrate sensitivity to patient physical and psychological needs
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and multi-task effectively

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
