Opportunity:
MRI Tech - MRI Technologist I
Job Details:
• Work four 10-hour days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Entry-level position working under immediate to general supervision and direction of a mentor/preceptor
• Must have pediatric experience required
• Philips MRI experience is preferred
• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician orders
• Utilize specialized radiologic equipment and techniques to perform diagnostic procedures
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Conduct post-procedure reviews to ensure completion and quality standards
• Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
• Perform quality control checks, cleaning, and maintenance per manufacturer guidelines
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
• Must be graduate of JRCERT accredited educational program with emphasis in radiologic technology
• Must meet applicant eligibility requirements for MRI Certification within 12 months of hire date
• AHA BLS certification required
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Must demonstrate ability to work with minimum supervision and handle confidential information
• Required to work as part of a team and maintain accurate records

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
