Opportunity:

Technician - Cardiac Catherization

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call responsibilities required
• No weekend work required
• "Late days" may require staying late to finish cases if lab is still running
• Perform technical and supportive patient care tasks to assist physicians in complex cardiac catheterization procedures
• Support vascular and interventional radiology studies, coronary stenting, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, atherectomies, peripheral angioplasty
• Assist with carotid angiogram, iliac angiogram, renal angiogram, and triple lumen catheter placement procedures
• Perform lab administrative duties and supply inventory management
• Must have at least 1-2 years of recent cardiac catheterization lab experience
• Two years full-time invasive cardiovascular technology experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Electrophysiology experience preferred
• English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking required
