Opportunity:
Cardiovascular Technologist - Cardiovascular Technologist II
Job Details:
• Work in cardiac catheterization lab with evening and weekend call rotation required
• Minimum 2 recent years of experience in cath lab required
• Level 1 travel experience needed
• Perform diagnostic, interventional and surgical cardiovascular procedures
• Work with STEMI, Shock, VAD, ECMO, and Structural Heart procedures
• Operate Phillips equipment and new Siemens imaging equipment
• Use Epic documentation system and Xper hemodynamic system
• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician orders
• Conduct post-procedure reviews and ensure technical quality standards
• Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
• Perform operator-level quality control checks and equipment maintenance
• Provide instruction and mentoring to less experienced team members
• Must work independently with limited supervision
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ARRT Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) or Paramedic training completion
• Associate's degree required from CAAHEP accredited cardiovascular program, JRCERT accredited radiologic technology program, or Paramedic training program
• Must demonstrate ability to work in stressful situations and multi-task effectively
• Work with adult and pediatric patient populations

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
