Opportunity:
Interventional Technologist I - IR Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4x10 schedule (four 10-hour shifts per week)
• Call as needed with rotating day off per week
• 13 or 26 week contract available
• Entry-level position with immediate to general supervision from mentor/preceptor
• Provide specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services to adult and/or pediatric patients
• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician-ordered procedures
• Utilize highly specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment for diagnostic, interventional and surgical procedures
• Conduct post-procedure reviews to ensure completion and documentation per department protocols
• Transfer images and data to archival systems and enter technical data/findings
• Perform operator-level quality control checks and equipment maintenance
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
• Required certifications: BLS/ACLS and one of the following - ARDMS (RDCS or RVT), ARRT (Vascular Interventional Radiography, Cardiac Interventional Radiography, or Radiography), CCI (RCCS, RCS, RCIS, or RVS)
• Associate's Degree not required
• Manager will consider candidates with no travel or trauma experience
• Must demonstrate ability to work in team environment and handle stressful situations
• Requires knowledge of cardiovascular/radiologic technologies and medical terminology

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
