RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• 13-week assignment with block scheduling
• On-call requirements: 48 hours per six-week schedule with availability for 1 weekend per month
• 15-minute phone or Teams interview required
• BLS certification required
• Cardiac scrub experience mandatory
• Must hold current Michigan State Board of Nursing licensure
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care
• Utilize nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and families
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to healthcare team
• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals
• Perform wide variety of professional nursing services
• Must demonstrate clinical knowledge and analytical abilities for effective nursing care plans
• English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking required
