Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology Tech/X - Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work 5 eight-hour days from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Monday through Friday schedule with every other weekend rotation required
• 26-week assignment duration
• No on-call responsibilities
• No block scheduling
• Will be assigned to specific areas (ER or OR)
• Perform portable radiological procedures
• Work with patients of all ages from pediatric to geriatric populations
• Specialize in computerized tomographic radiological procedures
• May perform general diagnostic radiology examinations
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience
• Level I or II Trauma experience required in ER/IP/OP or OR settings
• Work with GE, Carestream, OEC C-Arms, and Cerner technology systems
• Required certifications: ARRT-RT registration
• Must be registered with American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or registry-eligible
• Healthcare Provider certification (BLS) required
• Must maintain required hours of continued education
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
