RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 8 to 12-hour shifts between the hours of 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Shift start may vary between 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM
• Guaranteed 36 hours each week
• 1-weekday call requirement and approximately every sixth weekend
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a PACU setting required
• Provide excellent nursing care to patients immediately emerging from different anesthesia methods post-procedure, including C-Sections
• Excellent multisystem assessment and critical thinking skills required
• Must be able to work closely with anesthesia providers
• Will be taught skills to second scrub into a procedure if necessary
• Licensed as an RN in the State of Nebraska or Compact State required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association)
• CPI or MOAB certification required (training available for $150 if not already certified)
• Respiratory Fit Test for 3M N95 or 1860 models required
• Comprehensive health screening including drug screen, physical, and various immunization requirements
• Background check and professional reference verification required
