RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work in a 9-bed ICU unit that may extend up to 12 beds when necessary
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2
• Care for patients on ventilators, surgical complications, Cath Lab patients (impella and balloon pumps), hypoxic patients, and patients on various drips
• Provide care for pediatric patients under 12 years old
• Must have minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Previous community or rural hospital experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all must be American Heart Association)
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or hold a Compact State license
• Must be teamwork oriented, coachable, and comfortable asking questions
• Any color scrubs permitted (no other healthcare facility names allowed)
• Required to complete CPI training on-site for $150 if not already certified in CPI or MOAB
• CPI training offered on the second Tuesday of each month
• Must complete respiratory fit testing for 3M N95 or 1860 models
• Required to badge in/out for timekeeping and submit time entries by noon CST every Monday
