Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 19-bed medical surgical unit serving pediatric to geriatric patient population
• Nurse to patient ratio: 1:5, possibly 1:7 on nights
• Weekend and holiday coverage required as needed
• No call responsibilities
• 8 hours of non-billable orientation required
• Overtime rate: 1.25% multiplier
• Dress code: Any color scrubs
• EPIC EMR system used
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
• 3+ years of current medical surgical experience required
• Previous travel experience required (minimum 6 months)
• Telemetry/Progressive Care experience highly preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• New Hampshire nursing license required
• Must be able to work posted schedule without requesting accommodations
• Formulate individual patient care plans and coordinate patient care
• Perform patient assessments, documentation, medication administration, and patient education
• Delegate tasks appropriately to healthcare team members
