Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech
Job Details:
• Set up all radiographic equipment prior to performing angiographic procedures
• Process and perform quality control checks on cine radiographic images
• Assist in preparing patients for procedures and provide post-catheterization care
• Assist cath lab/Interventional Radiology staff and physicians to ensure timely and efficient use of cardiac cath lab
• Prep patients, perform sterile tray set up, and complete room clean up procedures
• Manipulate equipment and set appropriate techniques on radiographic generators to achieve optimal image quality
• Operate electronic equipment including cardiac output computers, oxygen saturation equipment, hemodynamic equipment, and pacemakers
• Perform oxygen saturation studies and cardiac output measurements
• 10 days of call per month required
• Weekend call responsibilities
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), ARRT, BLS (AHA)
• Cath Lab experience required
• Skills checklist current to 1 year required
• 2 supervisory reference forms from within the last two years required
• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
