RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work in 24/7 Emergency Department serving approximately 14,000 patient visits annually
• 2+ years of current ED experience in a hospital setting required
• 3 months minimum travel experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC, BLS (AHA) - all certifications must be in hand to be considered
• Vermont nursing license required with current Nursys verification
• Skills checklist pertinent to position, current within 1 year required
• 1 supervisory signed reference from within past two years of employment required
• Screen patients upon arrival to determine severity of condition and appropriate treatment
• Provide emergency nursing care for various conditions requiring immediate medical attention
• Block scheduling will not be approved for this assignment
• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
• Maximum 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
• Holiday RTO not available - reserved for permanent staff
• Local travelers within 50 miles of facility are not eligible
