RN - Circulator OR

Job Details:

• Weekend coverage needs
• Deliver quality nursing care through utilization of the nursing process
• Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice
• Carry out functions according to medical center policy, mission, and standards of practice
• Must have 2+ years of OR experience required
• Must be able to circulate - required
• Must be experienced with Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, and Neuro - required
• Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Michigan nursing license required with LARA and Nursys verification
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Monitor surgical procedures and patient health and safety during entire operation
• Assist surgical team with various specialties and procedures
