Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional nursing knowledge and skills
• Apply nursing process in provision and management of patient care
• 14 bed unit with 1:1 ratio
• New graduate orientation (NBO): 16 hours
• On-call requirements: one night per week and one weekend per month
• Overtime rate: 1.15x multiplier
• Call back rate: 1.5x multiplier with 2-hour minimum
• On-call pay: $9/hour
• Charge/Precepting differential: $6/hour
• Work with advanced robotics equipment including DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• 2+ years of current OR experience required
• Strong experience in all aspects related to orthopedic cases including spine required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• DaVinci robotics experience required
• Travel experience within previous 24 months required
• BLS certification required
• Iowa nursing license required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission required
