Description
Opportunity:
RN - ICU
Job Details:
• Work in 10-bed ICU unit with 2:1 nurse to patient ratio
• Care for adolescent to geriatric patient population in Level III Trauma center
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required as needed
• May float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• 2+ years of current ICU experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Arterial line experience required
• Must be proficient with IV drips, ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasopressors
• Charge and preceptor abilities are a plus
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• New Hampshire nursing license required
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
• No block scheduling accommodations available
• Maximum 5 days of requested time off will be accepted (less preferred)
• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of facility will not be considered
• All medical/occupational health compliance items must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance

The facility provides comprehensive care including primary care, specialty medicine, surgical services, and acute inpatient care. The medical center maintains high standards for patient care and operates a Level III Trauma center with advanced critical care capabilities.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
