Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Apply nursing process within RN scope of practice as defined by Oregon State Board of Nursing
• Provide care to patients in Progressive Care Unit setting
• Teach patients and significant others regarding care and procedures
• Document patient care thoroughly in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• On call schedule to be determined by facility
• Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
• Acute care hospital experience required
• Minimum 24 months of current Intermediate/Progressive Care Unit experience required
• PCU/IMCU/Telemetry/Stepdown experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) - must be willing to obtain if not currently active
• Oregon nursing license required - must be willing to obtain if not currently active
• Skills checklist specific to Progressive Care Unit required
