RN - OR

Job Details:

• Deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established philosophy
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes
• Effectively interact with patients, families, and visitors while maintaining professional nursing standards
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients
• Must be able to circulate in multiple specialties including GYN, ENT, Urology, Ortho, General, and Vascular
• Experience with all patient populations required
• On-call responsibilities include 3-4 shifts per month with one 24-hour weekend shift
• 2+ years of OR experience required
• MediTech experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• Arkansas nursing license required
• Skills checklist current within one year and supervisory reference forms from last two years required
