Opportunity:

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Provide critical care nursing in the Coronary Care Unit
• Weekend rotation schedule required
• On-call availability required if low census occurs
• 2+ years of current CCU experience required
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Prior Cerner experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• Michigan nursing license required
• Must demonstrate clear oral expression and comprehension skills
• Ability to speak clearly and write effectively
• Strong deductive and inductive reasoning abilities
• Proficiency with technology including EMR systems
• Selective attention and ability to concentrate for extended periods
• Time sharing skills to shift between multiple activities
• Manual dexterity required for managing IV tubing, syringes, and equipment
• Information ordering skills including medication calculations
• Work with diverse patient and staff populations with cultural sensitivity
• Efficiently manage time with minimal supervision
