Mammo Tech - Mammo Tech

Job Details:

• Assist in breast biopsy procedures including needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and ductograms
• Instruct and position patients to obtain acceptable radiographs of diagnostic quality
• Ensure work area meets appropriate standards of safety, equipment supply and cleanliness levels
• Manually enter data ensuring proper preparation for dictation and billing
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
• Work one or two Saturdays per month if needed with a day off during the week
• No on-call responsibilities
• 2+ years of mammography experience required
• ARRT (M) Certification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Strict attendance policy: 1 unscheduled absence and 2 tardies permitted for 13-week contracts; exceeding results in immediate termination
