Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 3+ years current Medical Surgical experience required
• Charge experience required
• EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Patient ratios maximum 6:1 with support from 2 LNA's, Nurse Lead, and House Supervisor
• Work every other weekend with holidays required if needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Must integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients
• Implement nursing standards in care processes
• Block scheduling not available for this position
• 48-hour guarantee not available
• Maximum 5 days requested time off accepted (must be noted at upload)
• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact license required
• Skills checklist for Medical Surgical (current within 1 year) required
• One supervisory signed reference from past two years required
