Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 3+ years of current medical surgical experience required
• Charge experience required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
• Patient ratios maximum 6:1 with 2 LNA assistants, Nurse Lead, and House Supervisor support
• Every other weekend and holidays required if needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Block scheduling not available
• 48-hour guarantee not available
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
• Local travelers not eligible
• Maximum 5 days requested time off accepted (must be noted at time of submission)
• No orientation hours required
• Holiday and overtime multipliers at 1.25%
• Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients
• Implement nursing standards in care processes
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact license required
• Skills checklist for Medical Surgical (current within 1 year) required
• One supervisory signed reference from past two years required
