Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work in a 14-bed operating room with 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• On-call schedule includes 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month
• Weekend call schedule required
• Minimum 24 months of operating room experience required
• Proficient experience with DaVinci robotics required
• Proficient experience in orthopedic procedures including total joints and spine general surgery required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Travel experience within the previous 24 months required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Work with advanced robotics equipment including DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa systems
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA) and BLS
• Iowa nursing license required (compact/multistate accepted)
• Professional reference from charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within 24 months preferred
• Clinical interview pre-screening with 405 area code contact
• Skills checklist specific to operating room nursing required
