Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts as scheduled with weekend requirements
• 16 hours guaranteed per week
• 34-bed emergency department with 4:1 patient ratios
• Serve mixed patient population with drips and titrations
• Must float between Marion ED (freestanding campus), St. Luke's Hospital, and Jones Regional Medical Center
• 24 months of emergency department experience required
• Must have completed a travel contract within previous 18 months
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), BLS, TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale
• De-escalation certificates preferred (CPI, MOAB, MAB, SAMA) - can be obtained during onboarding
• Iowa nursing license or compact/multistate license required
• Dress code: Black, Navy Blue, Caribbean Blue solids scrubs
• Overtime billable after 40 hours per week for 36-40 hour schedules, after 48 hours for 48-hour schedules
