Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Minimum 24 months of current Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience required
• Develop nursing plans of care, implement effective nursing interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes
• On call schedule to be determined by facility
• Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
• Must complete NIHSS via NIHStrokeScale.org within 48 hours of offer if not already certified
• Required certifications: Active American Heart Association ACLS and BLS certifications, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Maryland nursing license required
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Utilize effective planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Apply strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer programs
• Demonstrate skill in patient experience and service recovery
• Complete discipline-specific skills checklist for Intensive Care Unit
• Provide supervisory references from the last 6 and 12 months
