Opportunity:

RN - PICU

Job Details:

• Work in a 12-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit providing care for critically-ill or injured infants, children, and teens
• Must be willing to float to NICU when needed - will care for "feeders and growers," babies on oxygen or antibiotics
• May also float to ED patient holds
• Weekend shifts as scheduled
• No on-call responsibilities
• 24 months minimum PICU/Pediatric Intensive Care experience required
• Required certifications: PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Active Iowa license or compact/multistate license required
• Skills checklist specific to PICU/Pediatric Intensive Care required
• Professional reference from charge/supervisor/nurse manager within 24 months required
• Driver's license required
