Opportunity:

Technologist - Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray

Job Details:

• Perform a wide variety of technical radiologic procedures requiring independent judgment and ingenuity
• Apply appropriate skills to facilitate accurate diagnosis
• Operate and troubleshoot CR, DR and PACS applications
• Demonstrate proper operation of PACS, HIS and RIS computer systems
• Provide proper patient care in accordance with departmental and hospital policies
• Practice infection control and body substance isolation in compliance with OSHA standards
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Must be willing to work weekends and evenings
• Holiday coverage required when needed
• 8 hours of non-billable orientation required
• 2 years of experience with 1 year current experience required
• ARRT (R) Certification required
• Massachusetts Radiology License required
• BLS certification required
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• Must maintain current continuing education for radiology
• Attend annual mandatory education including blood borne pathogens and infection control
• Maximum 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
• Must not reside within 50 miles of facility
