Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 2 years of Medical Surgical experience required
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
• Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed
• Interpret and record measurements from medical equipment
• Monitor patients' vital signs continuously
• Report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Work history and permanent address required for application
• Facility will review candidates who may not have all required certifications
