Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established philosophy
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes
• Effectively interact with patients, families, and visitors while maintaining the standard of professional nursing
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients
• Must be able to circulate in multiple specialties including GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General, and Vascular procedures
• Work with pediatric through geriatric patient populations
• Utilize MediTech EMR system
• On-call requirements: 3-4 shifts per month including one 24-hour weekend call shift
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• Arkansas nursing license required
• Minimum 2+ years of OR experience required
• Skills checklist current within one year and supervisory reference forms from last two years required
