Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts with rotating call coverage during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• On-call schedule split by 4, usually 2 days per week with an off week
• No weekend requirements
• Rotate between scrubbing and circulating procedures including operating x-ray equipment
• Be proficient with various devices including Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and coronary/peripheral atherectomy devices
• Work with two Siemens Artis Zee C-arms and McKesson systems (CPACS, Cardiology, and Hemodynamic)
• Assist with procedures including Left Heart Cath, Right and Left Heart Cath, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, and Atherectomy
• Support Carotid diagnostic and stenting procedures
• Assist with Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures including Atherectomy
• Support Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft procedures
• Help with pre and post area duties, patient transport, inventory management, and billing
• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience required
• Recent traveler experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), RCIS or compact license
• ACLS (AHA) preferred
• Skills checklist current to 1 year and 2 supervisory reference forms within last two years required
