RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit settings - must be comfortable with all three specialties
• Experience in Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required
• 3+ years PCU, Med/Surg, Telemetry experience required
• Patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric
• RN/Patient ratio: 5:1 depending on acuity, higher acuity PCU patients 3:1 or 4:1 for both day and night shifts
• Every other weekend and holidays required if needed
• Must be able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Rural/small facility experience highly preferred
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Must have own vehicle for this assignment
• No non-billable orientation provided
• Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact required
• Must complete basic dysrhythmia test
• Skills checklists required for Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (current within 1 year)
• One supervisory signed reference from within past two years required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility
• All requested time off must be noted at upload - 5 days or less RTO approved for 13-week assignment
• Must have voicemail set up and note when available to be reached
