Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech
Job Details:
• Work 36-40 hours per week with overtime billable after 40 hours
• 50% call schedule required including every other weekend and every other holiday
• Handle 4 patients/scans per day
• Perform peripheral and coronary angio cases, PCI, and pacemaker procedures
• Work with specialized equipment including Artis Zee c-arm, Impella, IABP, and Acist Injector
• Hospital-provided light blue scrubs
• Must have 24 months of cardiac/cath lab experience required
• Must have completed at least one travel contract in previous 12 months (no first-time travelers)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and either ARRT (CI or CV discipline) or CCI-RCIS
• Iowa Radiology license required (can apply at time of offer acceptance)
• Must be proficient with fluoroscopy and comfortable with all cath lab procedures
• Equipment experience required: Artis Zee C-Arm, Impella, Maquet IABP, Acist Injector, iFR, IVUS
• Must live outside 90-mile radius of facility (no locals)

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
