Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Provide nursing care for patients before, during, and after electrophysiology procedures
• Care for structural heart patients (including Watchman), lead extractions, ablations, vascular and EP pacemaker/device patients
• Perform pre-procedure assessments, pre-medication, and patient education
• Document procedural processes and manage dysrhythmia interpretation
• Circulate and assist during cases, including sterile supply management and scrubbing in cases
• Record all pertinent information on appropriate data sheets
• Assist Radiologic Technologists with case circulation and sterile supply management
• On-call requirements: 2 weekdays per month and 1 weekend every 8 weeks
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA)
• Michigan nursing license required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required
• Invasive imaging experience required
• Electrophysiology experience preferred
• Skills checklist current within 1 year required
• 2 supervisory reference forms completed within last two years required
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
