RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• No on-call responsibilities
• 2 years ED experience required
• Previous travel experience (at least 3 months) required
• Rural/small facility experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• TNCC highly preferred
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact license required
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
• Traveler must not reside within 50 miles of facility
• No non-billable orientation
• All requested time off must be noted at upload (maximum 5 days accepted)
• No schedule accommodations or block scheduling requests accepted
• Must have voicemail set up and note when available to be reached
• Treat various emergency conditions including broken bones, cuts, trauma, burns, heart attacks, accident injuries, poisonings, and violence-related injuries
• Work in modern emergency department with noise-buffering sliding glass doors, flat screen TVs, two triage rooms, six treatment rooms, two trauma rooms, and dedicated pediatric and psychiatric rooms

This healthcare facility operates a 24/7 emergency department staffed by physicians, nurses, and paramedics specially trained in emergency medicine. The emergency department features modern amenities including noise-buffering sliding glass doors in each room, privacy curtains, flat screen TVs, and comfortable seating for family and friends. The facility includes specialized areas such as two triage rooms, six treatment rooms, two trauma rooms, dedicated pediatric and psychiatric rooms, and a private consultation room. Additionally, the facility maintains a specialized decontamination area with nearby storage for emergency response supplies to handle hazardous contaminations within the community.
