RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional/clinical knowledge and skills in patient care
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• 16-hour need basis opportunity (NBO)
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC
• Overtime billable after 40 hours per week (36-40 hrs/week) or after 48 hours per week (48 hrs/week)
• Charge/Preceptor opportunities available with additional compensation
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and NIHSS
• Iowa nursing license required
• 2 years of previous experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
• Driver's license, work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), license verification, and supervisory reference required at submission
