RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional/clinical knowledge and skills in patient care
• Required to float within the same discipline across local campuses and to ER department
• Patient ratios range from 1:2-3 up to 1:6 depending on acuity level
• Work with acute patient population including critical drips and BIPAP
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Must have at least 2 years of Med Surg and Stepdown experience
• EPIC EMR experience required
• First time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS, ACLS (AHA)
• Iowa or Illinois nursing license required
• Must be comfortable with critical care drips and acute patient population
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility (except Madison with 10% rate reduction)
• Skills checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission
