RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care across multiple units
• Must be able to assume responsibility for unit patient populations
• Complete thorough patient assessments and demonstrate effective communication skills
• Communicate with physicians, nurse managers, and co-workers regarding changes in patient clinical condition
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
• Work independently and demonstrate ability to delegate appropriately
• Function effectively in unexpected crisis situations in a calm, confident manner
• Adjust schedule to meet unit needs and float to other areas as assigned
• Accept low census assignments when needed
• Work required weekends and holidays
• Adhere to all staffing and personnel policies
• Maintain current licensures and certifications
• 1 year experience in Emergency Department, ICU, and Med Surg required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Ohio nursing license required
• COVID vaccination card required if vaccinated
• Must adhere to service excellence standards
