Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Technologist - X-Ray

Job Details:

• Work under general supervision in hospital setting operating conventional, fluoroscopic and portable radiography equipment
• Obtain quality radiographic images and position patients for examinations
• Adjust x-ray equipment to correct settings for each examination
• Assist physicians in performance of examinations by mixing and preparing contrast media
• Assist in sterile procedures as needed
• On-call schedule to be determined by facility
• Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
• Minimum 24 months of current Rad Tech experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Local candidates accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA)
• Active Maryland Radiographer state license required
• Skills checklist specific to radiology technology required
• Complete profile requirements including supervisory references from last 6 and 12 months
