Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Technologist - X-Ray

Job Details:

• Primarily hospital-based position with floating to clinics as needed (Marion and Westside locations)
• 16 hours guaranteed per week
• Work weekends as scheduled
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• Must be comfortable registering patients in EPIC system at clinic locations
• Perform X-ray procedures in both hospital and clinic settings
• Operating room experience required with proficiency in GE OEC c-arm equipment
• Average of 100 daily patient scans per day for all technologists
• Must function independently in high-paced clinic environments
• Equipment experience includes Phillips Diagnostic, Carestream portables, Hologic breast machine, Siemens Cysto, and Toshiba fluoro equipment
• Minimum 12 months of X-ray experience in clinic or hospital setting required
• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Iowa radiology license highly preferred (will accept non-licensed candidates who must apply for license upon acceptance)
• Clinic experience with ability to work independently in fast-paced environments highly preferred
• Fluoroscopy experience preferred
• First-time travelers welcome with required experience
